So happy they open one in the Southern Highland area. I always go to the rainbow location and it's been great. I love their beef brisket / pork belly with house salad. I also love their beef short rib and chicken wings. I just love how close it is to get Korean food. Service was wonderful too!

I have been craving Korean food, and my friend and I were trying to decide where to eat. She said Soyo was really good and right next to her place, so she sent me the yelp page, and I was sold as soon as I saw the picture of the bibimbap. When we arrived, we were seated right away, and our waiter brought us menus. I had already looking at the menu beforehand so I knew exactly what I wanted. My friend ordered meat jeon, and I ordered rose tteokbokki with cheese, fire chicken with cheese, and of course, bibimbap. After a short while, our waiter brought out the banchan for us, and the kimchi tasted really good. I've been to other places where the kimchi was not fermented long enough, but this one was definitely ready to eat. A short while later, all our dishes began coming out one by one. I was so excited, I didn't know which to start with first. I tried the meat jeon, which I had never had before, and I really enjoyed the flavor with the dipping sauce and the toppings that came on the side. The bibimbap was everything I had hoped for and more. I mixed it up well, and I loved the crispy bits of rice on the bottom because it reminded me of an Iranian staple called tadik. The tteokbokki and the chicken were so tasty with just the right amount of spice for my friend since she can't handle super spicy foods. I personally wouldn't have minded a little more spice, but it was delicious so I didn't care either way. I loved how generous they were with the cheese, too. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant in the future, it exceeded my expectations with the food and the service. Gamsahamnida!

The first location I visited was on rainbow and I love that location. This is a smaller location, so they have smaller servings. I would think that since it's the same restaurant they would serve the same stuff for the same price and same size, but apparently not. The food was delicious so that's why I gave it a four and I would come back The service was OK. I had to get up a few times to ask for water, extra rice cakes, etc. so for a small place I expected better customer service. Since it's down the street, I wouldn't mind coming back and giving it another try to see if they improve on their customer service.

One of my top choices for easy KBBQ to go! Ya girl doesn't always want to cook and get stinky from grilling meat. I love that it's a regular sit down place and has all the good Korean dishes. Service is quick and can also order through Door Dash. Seating is small inside but it's moderate busy with a ton of to go orders rolling out. Here's our go-to's to order, all come with small rice bowl I believe. Food: Soups: -Beef short rib soup: classic homely clean soup -Yuk Gae Jang: spicy red beef soup - some veggies, really tasty, messy red splash so wear dark clothing - Spicy Tofu Soup: get beef, classic staple, not that spicy, also messy red splash be careful Meat Dishes: -Beef Brisket: delicious and has onions for flavor, dip it in the sesame oil and salt -Beef Short Ribs (Galbi): meat with small bones, have to use hands to eat this or at least I do but it's so tasty and worth it -Pork Belly: delicious and not too fatty

Been going to the Rainbow Location for years. When I found out this location was 2 minutes away from my place I was ecstatic. The service is amazing, food is delicious, and the ambiance is overall such a vibe. Menu is smaller, but all the highlights are on it. Come here at least once a week!

One of my favorite restaurants, now closer to my home! I always order the same thing pork belly with house salad and spicy tofu stew - never disappoints! I believe this location has a smaller menu than the Rainbow location, but it has all the essentials. The restaurant is cozy and doesn't get too crowded (yet)! The servers are attentive and keep your table clean. I wouldn't recommend a very large group here unless you call ahead. This is an easy place to meet up with someone for a drink and catching up. It's a "go to" for my husband and some of my friends when we spontaneously decide to hang.

First time here. Smaller than flamingo location. Clean inside and friendly. Not as friendly as Flamingo location but food just as good. The wife and I shared the spicy tofu soup hot pot. It was amazing and I enjoyed it with noodles instead of rice. The youngest kid loved corn cheese and rice. The eldest loved the Korean style chicken wings. The middle son loved the fire chicken and cheese. We didn't get a drink this time so i can speak for the drink section. It's a smaller location than Flamingo and the food did not disappoint. It was just as tasty and flavorful! Thanks Soyo!
